FAQs

Is a nurse really required after surgery?

Depending on the types of procedures you are having done, a nurse is an excellent idea to book for all your aftercare needs. Surgery can be very complicated and challenging for some to understand all your post operative instructions. Having a nurse who is experienced in your surgical procedures will make all the difference in your recovery, safety, and peace of mind.

How many days should I book a nurse for?

Depending on the procedure and how many you are having during surgery, two nights is the most common and typical need for assistance with post operative care. If you have a friend/spouse willing to help you out, we offer training and follow up visits. Some clients prefer our nursing care and will book for a week.

Should I stay close to the surgical center or doctors office?

It is preferred for your safety and comfort to stay within 2 miles of your surgical procedure.
